We work hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please take into account weekends and holidays when you place your order.
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.
We ship all orders Priority Mail via USPS.
In-Store Pick up:
You may purchase items over the phone and pick up your order at Paper Dolls Ambler during regular business hours. When your order is ready you will receive an email notification.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from Paper Dolls Ambler. If you have not received an email within 3 business days please contact us.
Paper Dolls Ambler is not responsible for items that are delivered when you
are away from your home, provided there is proof of delivery. If your package is lost or damaged you will need to make a claim with USPS. Paper Dolls Ambler is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We understand that you may change your mind or that you may need a
different size. Being a small business Paper Dolls Ambler has a firm return policy,
but we do try to make it an easy process for you. Due to high sell through we do not offer exchanges. Our return policy detailed here is for online purchases only.

All returns are for STORE CREDIT only.
Returns must be postmarked by 20 days from the receipt of the order.
Please email us before you send your return to get the process started.
Include in the email, your full name as it appears on your account, order number
and the item(s) that you would like to send back.
All items must have the original tag and be returned in original, unworn condition.
Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors,
free of pet hair and still re-salable.
Merchandise that has clearly been worn, stained ,
or otherwise damaged will
LOCAL IN-STORE PICK UP
If you are picking your order up from our store, your 14 day window to return begins on the day your order is filled, not picked up. You may bring your return to the store for Store Credit (must meet guidelines above).
Sale items, earrings, hair accessories, hats, face masks, and brami/bralettes are
FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
